Request Account Deletion

At Vyja, we value your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may do so by following the steps below.

Data Deletion Process

Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete:

Your account registration details (Email/Phone).
Any cloud-synced application data (if applicable).
Support and contact history.

Note: This action is irreversible. Local data stored exclusively on your device must be deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings.

How to Request Deletion

Since Vyja primarily operates offline with minimal cloud sync, the most effective way to ensure your remote data (if any was created via Auth) is removed is to submit a formal request.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the Vyja app to delete your data instantly.

Option 2: Manual Request

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion via email. Please send an email from the address associated with your account.
